Darul Makmur mosque was built in 1987 on a hill-side in Yishun. To accommodate the increasing activities at the mosque, some upgrading and improvement works were carried out.

Among the upgrading works were 7 airconditioned classrooms converted from an auditorium at level one of the mosque; an auditorium at level 3 which could accommodate 120 people; fences were raised to contain sheeps for the Eidul Adha sacrificial event; a container converted in an airconditioned classroom and an outdoor ablution area behind the enclosed ablution area for men was built at the second level.

Alhamdulillah, with support from our congregation, all upgrading works were successfully carried out. May the continual support from the Muslim community help the mosque in its smooth administration and management of muslim/religious matters, insya Allah.

Prayer Hall

1) Main prayer hall at level 2 for men.

2) Main prayer hall at level 3 for women.

The prayer hall for men can accommodate 1,500 people whilst the prayer hall for ladies can accommodate 400 people. For the Friday prayers, an estimated about 2,000 people would congregate for prayers. For Hari Raya prayers an estimated number of 3,500 people can be accomodated in the mosque, and for individuals who cannot perform prayers within the mosque, the nearby carpark outside will be converted into a prayer area.

Darul Ulum Auditorium

Darul Ulum Auditorium at level 3 can accommodate about 120 individuals who attend weekly religious classes here.

Apart from weekend classes, Hajj and Umrah courses, Pre-Marriage courses, madrasah classes, parenting courses and other courses are also held here.
